Another important step in achieving natural weight loss is to eat multiple times in small quantity instead of taking 2-3 times full meals, it will help you to achieve you goal. You need not to do complicated yoga routines but few easy asana would be sufficient for you to reach your goal. Practice Pranyama for 5-10 minutes in the morning regularly, to do this sit on a plain surface with both legs crossed and both hands over your knees with palm facing in upward direction. Now take a simple breath, put one finger over one of your nose openings and take a deep breath, after few seconds release your breath slowly. Repeat this method 5-6 times for both openings, this simple technique is worth trying if you are planning for natural weight loss.
